World's first PC-based, Effective and affordable WHEEL LOADER SIMULATOR
Finally, training that does not put your production, heavy haulers, and people at risk. Training that is completely safe, always available, and costs so little. Training that emphasizes best practices from the start.
Just set up the simulator controls and install the simulation software (available in English, French and Spanish). Most any desktop or laptop PC will do. Then, if you prefer, add a projector or big screen display for "mine size" graphics, and quality speakers for additional audio feedback!
Developed in collaboration with leading OEM and training professionals, these new Wheel Loader Personal Simulator puts you at the controls of a modern wheel loader. You can choose between steering wheel and joystick steering. The simulation features virtual digging and even interacts with a simulated haul truck. Success stories.
A total of eight simulation modules of increasing difficulty are provided to bring people up to speed in a carefully planned and measured way. The first one, Controls Familiarization, introduces the location and function of the controls. The modules following allow the operator to navigate the wheel loader through bordered corridors, spot and load trucks and stock pile material. The final module combines all the activities into several complete cycles.
For each Simulation Module, key performance indicators are measured such as execution time, bucket orientation, amount of material handled and cylinder slams to mention a few.
You can even use the keyboard function keys and mouse controls during the simulation to change the point of view!

RESULTS TRACKING
There's no need to worry about supervising the simulator-based training, because simulation results are automatically saved on your PC's hard drive for you and your trainee to review later when you have time.
To make the record-keeping even easier, simulation results can also be saved in a single database using Simulation Manager. You can create individual "accounts" for your simulator users with distinct login names and passwords, and create "classes" of simulator users too.
